What is Crystal Reiki?
Having trained in Reiki, crystal energy healing and more recently spirit release techniques, I found they all worked beautifully together and so I have merged them into what I call, 'Crystal Reiki'.
But what is Crystal Reiki? Crystal Reiki is a wonderful way to create the perfect restorative environment for Source energy to flow through you and remind your body of its natural desire, to be whole, perfect and complete.
Very specific crystals are chosen by your spiritual team through me, and are placed on your body's main seven chakra points. The crystals help raise the vibration of your chakra's and assist in the cleaning of lower unwanted frequencies. They also boost the flow of energy through the chakra and help provide an opportunity for Source energy to move more freely through your body. The really enhance the whole experience and can also help your body achieve a deeper level of healing.
We begin the session with a brief consultation where you have an opportunity to share insights into your desired outcomes from the healing and anything you are currently dealing with which you feel needs support. The consultation is followed by a short meditation to help you fully arrive, ground and connect. This meditation is very simple and available for any level of experience. It will assist your third eye to activate for the healing and deepens the process of relaxation.
Spirit release is a key element of my Crystal Reiki. We all hold negative, denser frequencies, entities and energies within our fields and in order for your healing to be as beneficial as possible for you, I believe, its best to clear some of this energetic debris up front so you can get the most from the session. The clearing process involves the use crystal wands and your spiritual team. Everything removed is sent back to Source with love (no matter what it is) and replaced with 'fresh & sparkly' energy from both Mother Earth and Source. I orchestrate my spiritual team alongside the Archangels and your spiritual team to clear as much as is perfect to do so and always for your highest good. Spirit release helps your energy flow more effectively throughout your auric field and physical body and helps the upcoming healing go much deeper. It is the beginning step of your spiritual body operating at 100% once more. It's like a spiritual health check!
Once your fields are clear, I begin a chakra and aura rebuild process. This involves bringing energy into each chakra, both from the earth and Source and giving the chakra permission to spin perfectly just for you. The spiritual teams help remove any further stuck energies in the chakras and we seal and heal your aura, allowing you to stand in your powerful energy.
The Reiki part of the healing flows wonderfully after the spirit release and chakra rebuild. Reiki is a well known, respected, very gentle Japanese healing system which focuses on energy balancing for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation. I am trained with the lineage to Usui Reiki, the original form of the practice. The word Reiki originates from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning vital life force energy. Ki is said to flow through all living things and one of the beautiful aspects of this abundant energy is it is not connected or tied to any particular religion or nationality - in other words - crystal reiki is available for everyone. I am a hands on Reiki practitioner, meaning I will place my hands on your head, shoulders, arms, tummy, hips, knee's and feet during the healing (but not necessarily in this order). My hands can often get very warm as they channel Source and Gaia energy through to your body.
Throughout the healing I am often drawn to use my singing bowl, chimes and / or other instruments, the vibrations of which are all designed to raise your vibration. Incense is a favourite of mine, so please let me know if you can't cope with stronger smells.
The session finishes with a consultation to chat about how or what you felt, sensed or saw during the healing and anything specific I came across that I feel needs to be shared. I also provide you a handout to take home with tips on how to keep your energy flowing in a practical, day to day, way. You should allow up to two hours for the session to take place.
As with all things spiritual, your intention is everything. You will receive much more if you keep your heart open to the possibility of possibilities.

nb - remote crystal reiki works in exactly the same way, the only differences are you won't experience my chimes / incense / physical crystals and, obviously, hands on Reiki.
What happens during a Crystal Reiki healing?
A Crystal Reiki session is an enjoyable and meditative time, giving you an opportunity to completely relax while your body works to heal, through your subtle energy fields. I hold a sacred and safe space, tuning into your energy (wherever you are) and angelic team while I perform the healing.
Using intuitive and angelic guidance a beautiful selection of cleansed and charged crystals will be chosen specifically for you to support your needs and placed on your body (or grid), enhancing the energy flowing into your aura. Your Chakras will be assessed, re-energised and cleansed allowing energy to move freely throughout your body. Low vibrational energy, thought forms, cords and other energies that are not for your highest good, will be gently removed and replaced with nature's universal energy. Finally, all seven layers of your aura will be cleansed, grounded and sparkled up so you can sit freely in your own perfect vibe.
I am a hands on reiki practitioner, so if you are visiting me in person, I will be placing my hands on your head, shoulders, arms, tummy, hips, knees and ankles. As I position my hands, I become the conduit for reiki and move energy through your body. Your body will, itself, reposition that energy where it needs it.
I also perform a spirit releasement clearing during your healing. This is where I use your and my spiritual teams (plus a few other angels as required), to dissolve cords, curses, hexes, witchcraft, negative entities, etheric AI, and anything else that is not for your highest good. Releasing negatively polarized energy in this way, allows the light of source to move through your body much more freely and helps your cells stay in this wonderful balanced state, for longer afterwards.
At the end of the healing, I draw an oracle card to support your journey and if you are having an in person healing, you are also able to draw a card for yourself. Sometimes spiritual messages come through, which I will pass onto you if that's something you'd like. Crystal Reiki is a gentle but powerful way to realign yourself, cleanse away unwanted vibes and create a space for healing.
Remote Crystal Reiki Healing
If you are unable to see me in person, why not enjoy your session via Zoom. Remote crystal Reiki, although the same as listed above, clearly means you won't have the experience of the hands on Reiki, physical crystals or incense etc. However, energies transcend time and space and so you will absolutely still receive a full and very deep healing.
My suggestion is you arrange a relaxing space in your home for your healing. Consider surrounding yourself with crystals, turn off distractions, play soft music, have a cozy blanket, light candles (before and after but NOT during the healing) and burn incense, these are examples of how to enhance your space and therefore your experience.
A selection of healing crystals will be chosen in conjunction with your spiritual team and formed into a crystal grid with which I work with during your healing.
I like you to have a headset with a microphone so you are able to communicate with me and listen without being distracted while the healing is taking place. I guide you more during the remote session in order to help you remain relaxed and present.
